We have two complementary foundations, small-business consulting and marketing.
Our approach is human-relationship based. We believe that all actions and decisions are driven by a person’s fundamental psychological make-up, created during the very early years of their life. (The same methods therapists use are in our toolkit.)
Although we apply current research methods in all of our activities, our greatest strengths come through observation, asking questions and making you aware of those habits that don’t serve you well. We hear, often, “you know me better than I know myself.” We’ll help you climb off the self-defeating merry-go-round you didn’t even know you were riding.
These are short, intensive consultations, begun by Zoom/FaceTime/GoToMeeting/etc. We then send a short questionnaire that we ask you to fill in and return within twenty-four hours. We then go to your business for three days. The first day is spent observing, the second interviewing as many players as required, the third with the decision maker(s). Although some specific recommendations are made on the third day, a written follow-up and telephone consultation occurs approximately one week after the visit.
